The One Thing We Have That LA Doesn’t

Snow: The wet, cold mush that pounded us all night and day, made the roads undriveable, the sidewalks unwalkable, turned my car sideways like the horziontal line on a plus sign, froze my legs up to my knees, and kept me from going to work today.

But damn, it’s pretty.

I saw your twitter about your car and was freaking out for you. Of course, I’m in Albuquerque now and someone in the parking lot nearly hit me (in the passenger seat) because she didn’t see us driving by. Freaked me out.
And you’re half-right… the LA city area doesn’t get much snow, but the mountains surrounding the city sure as heck do. They’re full of snow right now.
